Do I let my creative side take over or do I take a nap? [time for rational thinking]

Sleep is known to boost creativity and improve mental health. A good sleep session can be a catalyst for consolidating memories and/or make these memories stronger which results in more creativity.

Although our good friend sleep won’t cure any mental disorders one might have, he does have a huge impact in helping out. Sleep allows your brain to get the necessary chemical hormones which affect mental clarity and mood.

The winner is… NAP TIME!
